Regatta A Big Success!
Thanks to your support Disco Inferno was a sold-out event with great music, amazing costumes and best of all a successful auction. Thanks to your support we met our goal. With everyone who "raised the paddle" we even raised enough funds to put a SmartBoard electronic white board in every K-8 classroom! A huge thanks to Regatta co-chairs Michelle Arthur, Sarah Meindl and Donation co-chairs Cynthia Keneally and Janie Kimball!!!
If you still need to pick-up an item you purchased during the auction you can do so at the Foundation office. Invoices for all purchases will be mailed soon. Contact the Foundation office with any questions at 384-0628.
| Fabulous Fashion Show! Over 230 people attended our spring fundraising luncheon and fashion show, making it one of our most successful ever. The surprise dad models, the Del Mar "Trashion Show" winners and special guest model Chris Carter made the event even more memorable. The boutique tent featuring great fashion and accessories from local vendors was full. Thanks to your enthusiastic shopping we raised even more money for our schools! Thanks to Fashion Show co-chairs Courtney Finnegan, Holly Tripp and Kristen Vasquez and to all the models! |
| A Fun Tiburon Day at the Giants! What a Game!! We all had a great time at AT&T Park on May 30th to watch the San Francisco Giants play the Arizona Diamondbacks. All net proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Foundation. Game time was 1:05, and the Del Mar Jazz band performed at Willie Mays Plaza before the game. Also the Tiburon Schools Choir did an amazing job singing the National Anthem. Thank you to Satoko Boris, Marianne Pearson and Lucy Carrico the co-chairs of Tiburon day at the Giants - great job!! |
| Paradise Foods Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser for the Foundation! Enjoy a delicious breakfast at Paradise Foods in Corte Madera on May 29 from 8 to 11am. All proceeds go directly to the Foundation in support of our schools. Tickets are available at the event. |
| Kid's Bingo Night a Winner! Our first ever Kids' Bingo Night at the tent was a sell-out event. The family participation was fantastic, the bingo games were full of excitement and everyone celebrated with the winners. Thanks to Stephanie Brier, KT Butler, Michele Fuegner and Jennifer Lopez for making it happen. A special thanks to Barbara Baird who called out the numbers and to the Del Mar students who helped serve dinner, popcorn and cleaned up during and after the event! |
