The Reed School offers a nurturing climate for primary school students.
In addition to a full California standards based academic program, there
is a school-wide focus on developmentally appropriate activities, positive reinforcement and the integration of Technology and The Arts into the curriculum.

In keeping with the District’s commitment to educating the whole child, The Foundation for Reed Schools supports programs at Reed that keep young elementary students engaged and inspire a lifelong love of learning. Foundation funded programs such as Art Education, Music, Technology, and Physical Education expose students to a full range of learning experiences that contribute to academic achievement, creativity, critical thinking skills and personal and social responsibility.
